Gypsy copped to another local PD, and finally went to jail for "accidentally" killing his ex-wife.

A cop near me gypsy-ed over from another local PD where his records were sealed. Later was told not to get involved in a pursuit outside their jurisdiction. Did anyway, killed a woman running 100+ with no lights or sirens. State de-certified the dept over it.

Until the settlements come out of police pockets and not taxpayers, nothing will change. This is a first step BTW.
