Natürlich darf man sich beschweren, darfst du auch. Es geht mir darum, das man nicht einfach wegen "asozialen Benehmens" (was bedeuten kann was man will) eine Abschiebung oder andere Staatsgewalten in Betracht ziehen soll.

Solange es keine Straftat ist dürfen sie sich benehmen wie sie wollen, da soll der Staat auch nicht eingreifen. Wenn es in Richtung Straftat geht dann soll auch nach Gesetz gehandelt werden.

Erwachsene mit trotzigen Kindern gleichzustellen finde ich einfach nicht unbedingt hilfreich, verstehe schon was gemeint ist, aber so eine Rhetorik ist genau das was OP kritisiert hat.

Ich bin der Meinung jemanden in ein Land zurück zu bringen in dem die Person sehr wahrscheinlich sterben wird ist schon über einem regulären Strafmaß hinaus.

Stimme ich dir zu (wobei ich glaube das wir wahrscheinlich nicht selbiger Meinung sind, wenn es dann um Details geht), aber Menschen kategorisch vom Gesetz ausschließen zu wollen, weil sie sich nicht an Gesetze halten ist schlicht faschistisches Gedankengut

Menschenrechte und ein Staat mit Gesetzen ist aber leider nicht so simpel, es hilft natürlich sowas allegorisch dazustellen, aber für eine ernsthafte Diskussion ist so ein vergleich einfach unzureichend. Das alle unsere aktuellen Gesetze vielleicht nicht ideal sind um mit allen Situationen umzugehen

Was würdest du denn machen wenn diese nicht-in-den-Griff zu bekommende Person auch nicht abschiebbar wäre?

Jeder hat das Recht auf Schutz durch Gesetze, ob sich diese Person daran hält oder nicht. Das ist ein Grundpfeiler des Rechtsstaatlichen Prinzip.

Wir trauern um unseren Kollegen Omar Hayek, der am 2.10. bei einem Angriff der israelischen Streitkräfte in Gaza getötet wurde. Vier Kolleg*innen wurden schwer verletzt.

I feel like some folks would be happier in furry if people realized that this community is a loose federation of many, many smaller collectives and if you are at odds with everybody around you the solution is not to make broad proclamations about "the fandom" but to actually find your people
