The kindness and generosity of the people of Worthing is truly heart-warming and, we are glad to say, has warmed the people that this campaign was set up to help.
If your company or organisation would like to get involved next year you can sign up.
Thank You, Worthing and see you again in 2026!
At a local community carol service another 60+coats, woolies & other items were donated and hopefullt this lovely group will be another partner for us next year. We've also been out collecting with the #WorthingLions #Santa van, which was great fun, and really got us into the Christmas spirit.
We also attended various locations & local events to promote this life saving project, including a language school in Worthing, a large engineering firm, and Friday Prayers at the local Mosque who have generously supported us for a number of years.
Thanks to the support of Southern and Thameslink we again promoted the start of the campaign at Worthing railway station where we received our first donations.
In addition to the companies and organisations who have supported us previously, we have gained a half dozen or so new corporate partners this year and have increased the number of volunteers who help out and collect for us.
The majority of donations this year have gone to WSK, Worthing Soup Kitchen, and Broadwater Support Hub, both run for the benefit of the local community, helping those most in need, but other local charities also receive help. They provide drop-off points for donations and access for people in need.
The campaign has grown exponentially over the years, and the charities we partner with know that we will be able to deliver useful warm clothing every Winter to the people they support.
As we reach the end of 2025 we'd like to give an update on our year and express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us.
Wrap-up Worthing has again received an amazing number of coats and other items of clothing, we estimate around 1,900, to help the most vulnerable in our community.
The Mosque have always donated to our campaign and we really appreciate their support again this year.
We are so grateful to Worthing Masjid for their kindness and generosity in donating a huge collection of coats and warm clothes for the Wrap Up Worthing campaign 2025.

Ever wondered why we ask for £29.80 — or whatever you can afford — during Crisis at Christmas?
Well, this amount can open doors to so much more: hot meals, a safe place to stay and access to a dedicated lead worker. If you’re able to, please donate today: https://bit.ly/3MpEJR6
Charities and restaurants are offering free Christmas dinner and and festive cheer to vulnerable people.
Always wanted to volunteer for Crisis at Christmas but too busy then? Why not do it in January instead?
Our hotels are open into January and we need more volunteers to be there for our guests.

And don't forget to sign up to get your shifts sponsored too!
Here's a list of opportunities if you're looking to volunteer on Christmas Day and help people during the festive period.
And thanks to everyone who has donated this year, your generosity will help to keep vulnerable people in our community warm this #winter.

Wrap Up Worthing is back again this November!
In previous years the wonderful people of #Worthing have generously donated and we are asking for your help again. Please support us by giving your unwanted coats and warm clothes to help the most vulnerable in our community to stay warm this winter.
