Every time the topic comes up of re-gaining something that has been taken away, I think of the movie “Silent Running”. Forests had been gone long enough to be forgotten. Govmnt orders the last specimens preserved in space to be destroyed, so folks won’t be reminded of what they lost. People forget.

Since people are generally lazy, they tend to gravitate to one stop shopping. It works for Amazon, and apparently for news, too. Along with the plagiarism issue, it also makes it easier to manipulate folks. Diversity of information sources is always better for cross-referencing.

She has such incredible markings! As usual, I want to save them all. Most of us cat loving people are lucky if we have a vacant bathroom not occupied by a cat.

My heart skis a beat every time I see Laddie from a distance. I think it’s Xeusie returning 😿. Laddie does not have the little salt flecks in his fur like Xeusie.

He IS adorable! Sometimes the boys end up goofier than the girls 😹

Xeusie was my Blackfur. He had 5 different voices and he knew how to use them to get what he wanted. He had survived brutal fights (with the help of antibiotics) illness, and age. He disappeared in February, and I still look for him every day. Meanwhile, he left me his goofy son, Laddie.

The 13 cats in my charge control my spare time. Everything else outside of family is a distant second. But then again, my social media experience is all about cats, too 😹

Xena definitely goes at life on her own terms from her 🏰
