Many women exist who are as warped by the system they grew up in as the men who want to run everyone's lives and rule everything. Those women think they can be acolytes in a male dominated system by trying to participate in it. They are going right under the bus as soon as a good scapegoat is needed
Thank you for recognizing that. A lot of people, including my female self, are non-confrontational at heart. I've learned to push past that reflex reaction to keep silent and avoid conflict. It only invites more of the same. Speak up, and be amazed at how quickly a "bro" backs away from "bro-talk".
In recognition of Women's History, let's also look at the converse to this very intelligent and thoughtful look into the "all men" system programming, the
"all women" side of the coin. Perhaps there is where efforts to change the systems will be more effective.
