I see your arguement and agree to an extent, but I still see Shearer as a greater captain. Bruno could overtake him but it would take several more years of bleeding black&white and affecting change through his leadership (not to diminish his thus far achievements)

Agree they didn't play us off the park but it was very nervy. They were winning all the 2nd balls and looked dangerous everytime they broke (which was often thanks to many, many mistakes)

2025 - The year #NUFC finally ended the trophyless run. The 24/25 season was an emphatic success because of it but the 25/26 season doesn't feel like a step forward.
Performances have been disappointing and I'm not sure where we'll end up but I do know it's better than it was, success isn't linear.

I thought you liked to remind everyone how much we spent. That comes with restrictions. We have some Isak money to address holes in the squad this winter, but it's finite.
Sadly, the reality is that to grow we must balance, and be mindful of frivolous spending. This ain't 2003.
