There’s a ton of other Chinese apps out there that have been available on app stores for a long time. I have quite a few of them on my phone. The whole point of TikTok being taken down is because the government couldn’t force them to sell. But it sucks because they also took CapCut down.

I can confirm I tried the VPN as well and it didn’t work.

That sucks. I didn’t realize that CapCut was also getting taken down. I guess I’ll be finding alternatives for editing videos with my phone.

There’s still the majority of metal bands that are not mainstream. The few that go mainstream do not represent the rest.

People are dying every day because insurance companies have too much power and denying claims for procedures and treatments that their doctors deem necessary and yet they’re still the good guys? I think not.

I doubt it. The majority of people are just barely getting by with rent increases, food cost increases, healthcare increases. Salaries are not keeping up with the rate that things are going up in prices. Paying for AI is not an expense I’ll pay for.

Fury is an understatement. My insurance company split pharmacy coverage out of the medical coverage and it doesn’t even have a cap for an out-of-pocket maximum. Half the time they refuse my medication’s that my team says I need to be on and the medication they do approve they barely pay for it.

When I tell all my friends outside of the USA that literally everyone in the USA is one medical incident away from being bankrupt. I’m not joking.

I don’t know how people survive when they have to continually pay out of the pocket for crazy expensive medication’s. That should be part of their medical plan and capped. Just another way to screw over the consumer.

I totally agree. My insurance company got even shittier by splitting their medical plan which I paid in one monthly fee yet they split the medical and pharmacy and the pharmacy has no out-of-pocket cap but my medical side does.

None of those are on my list. Emperor and Meshuggah aren’t because they’re not coming to my city and in 2025 I’m not traveling out of state to see bands on tour that skip my city. I just saw Meshuggah last year so it’s ok. Killswitch Engage, Linkin Park and Stray Kids are on my 2025 list already.

I am pretty sure China is already playing pickle ball quite a bit. Is he just late to the party?

People always wonder why I love living in Washington so much. We have so much of the best nature all around us.

I don’t know anything about the lawsuit, but I’ll tell you what that jacket he’s wearing is giving Fresh Prince of Bel-Air vibes.

I hope all of the folks that voted for him are ready to pay all the extra amounts of money that it’s going to cost because companies are just going to offset that cost by passing it onto the consumers.

All that’s gonna happen when he does that is that extra cost is gonna be passed on to the consumer.
