@nomnomdan there are two different Polish shops - "U Gonii 2" in the city center and "Sloneczko" somewhat further out close to AH XL. Both definitely had pierogi in the past and both also had veggie versions! (Can also recommend trying the pelmeni or vareniki which the U Gonii also definitely had!)
