In every Audible ad I kept getting recommended this book so I finally checked it out of the library and I have to say that if you feel like you have a narcissistic mother then this book is worth reading. I started reading it and I’ve cried so many times because it’s just made me feel so understood.

No truly like when did talking and yelling at movies become so normal.
