More people were executed in 2025 than any year since 2009 — not because the death penalty is popular, but because a few state officials latched onto President’s Trump’s directive to embrace executions.
We must abolish the death penalty once and for all.

- Vote against funding for ICE and DHS
- State that any ICE officers who commit crimes under Trump will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
- Encourage cities and states to refuse to cooperate with ICE
- Explain ICE is part of Trump's tyranny
ICE is changing tactics to hide their approach, including infiltrating community Signal groups, disguising vehicles, blending in with whistles, sending emails impersonating mutual aid services and local government, etc. Be vigilant and organize locally with neighbors you can trust.

The lawsuit was filed after the BCA said it was blocked from accessing the shooting scene on Saturday to collect evidence, despite having a search warrant giving them authority to do so.
A hearing on that lawsuit is set for Monday afternoon in federal court.
