I asked Leamon Tuttle about the timeline back in 2018 around Elsweyr's release and felt like I'd opened a Pandora's Box of wildly conflicted feeling since then.
I'm glad they're finally allowing the timeline to move forward.

A big who likes playing games and knows too much lore from said games.

That banner looks significantly more grey to me than blue. The lighting there and in other shots you can see them doesn't help.
I would also question that if they were going to make them blue again, why they wouldn't use a brighter shade of blue. I'm like 98% sure it's grey because of that.
I would be all for that, but only if the Alliance and Horde were still effectively the most major players in the world.
My only issue with the factions as they are now is the Horde Council has done nothing of note whatsoever and we've objectively focused more on Alliance figures over Horde ones.
However, I could see a future WoW where the Alliance and Horde still exist, but instead of just being part of one or the other, you can choose from a bunch of smaller factions in the world, kind of like they were originally planning back before the game came out.
08.08.2025 05:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think the major factions are so central to Warcraft's identity that no matter what they did to effectively delete or remove them from the game would result in a mass exodus, no matter how well handled it actually is.
08.08.2025 05:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The Violet Spellwing is the single mount in the entire game that I regret not taking the time to get back when I could, and I've wanted it to return for ages, but it's definitely odd that it's allowed to come back, but the mage tower appearances aren't. It's just very arbitrary.

I don't agree so much with the use of the word "shallow" to describe it, but the actual point is right on the money.

02.06.2025 18:51 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I like the gold trim with the ability bar, but that's kinda it. The blocky, cube style feels like it's taking up a lot of space, which wasn't a problem before because the backgrounds faded out.

25.05.2025 00:51 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We are happy to hear of Bethesda's continuing support of the modding scene, even when official projects and mod teams are working on similar things. We know one of the biggest worries was Bethesda possibly legally threatening Skyblivion, and it's good to see that not happening.

Nintendo Switch 2? Looks like you need to switch 2 another console, or better yet, switch 2 a better form of government so that your games, and your eggs don't cost 300 smackers. you've got egg on your face, from when the president smacked you, so face the music. Wii Music.

17.03.2025 15:54 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I don't disagree. Despite what I may have implied I do also think the political slop is annoying and tiresome.
That being said, Twitter sucks hard for plenty more reasons than the two I gave, and Bluesky by comparison is still much better.
Personally I'll take political ragebait slop I can opt to not see at all by just staying on the "Following" feed tab than the sewer-slurry of blue checkmark bots and self-aggrandizing right-wing garbage that plagues the other site like the diseased fleas feeding upon rats back in the mid 1300s.

19.01.2025 15:38 β π 1107 π 227 π¬ 16 π 7I truly think the problem, while present, is overblown. My prime evidence for this is how there are even people acting like it makes the game pay to win, as if having better hardware isn't an objective advantage to gameplay in the first place.
30.12.2024 23:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0At most it could have a more negative impact in very high ranked matches. I'm not trying to downplay the fact it very much is a problem that needs to be resolved, I just sincerely doubt the actual impact it has on actual gameplay.
30.12.2024 23:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As someone who has inconsistent framerate and has been playing competitive as one of the affected characters, Magik, I have genuinely not had any problems resulting from this bug, granted I didn't even know about it until today. If it's negligible in casual then it's still going to be so in comp.

30.12.2024 00:24 β π 469 π 120 π¬ 11 π 5Also it's wild that people are comparing this to Bethesda games when those had their entire game speeds tied to framerate, whereas this bug only seems to affect certain attacks. Not as comparable as one might think.
I doubt this bug will persist for very long. So it goes.
This is interesting to me because actually looking at the video on the article showcasing the bug, the difference is actually so minimal for basically everyone but Wolverine that they either wouldn't matter much or could be compensated for by just moving a bit closer to your target.
