For performance I thought I would use it on my site to show the different pictures on my about page that change with the viewport. But I wanted different alt text, so not possible.

30.10.2025 08:22 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I tried it again and the bug wasn’t there this time. Maybe it got resolved. One thing I don’t understand is why all the custom sizes are not overrided when it’s in the sidebar (not the new popup). Juste force everything full width on top of another.
28.10.2025 17:45 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I tried but it wasn’t displayed well if the Block had a wysiwyg field in it. :/

23.10.2025 17:03 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I read the same on LinkedIn...followed with countless posts about how your website should follow that exact same pattern/design if you want it to "convert" otherwise it’s a bad website.
21.10.2025 20:57 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Like @vegar.codes said, way better than I would have ! And even for the stuff I don’t like, everything about it, and the people behind it is against my values.
01.10.2025 11:18 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I don’t get it, there are cyber attacks and security breach all the time and their thinking is "let’s put something even more critical on the web"
26.09.2025 11:19 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0I have one with tabindex=1 on the fake div button of a disclosure widget. If you had the courage to go through the 100 tabs to pass the carrousel, let’s go a hundred more in a quest to the button !

Ideally it should also be rendered to screen reader user and a tooltip for sighted user who don’t understand the meaning of the icon.

23.09.2025 10:40 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I'm doing my first accessibility audit for a test. That’s so hard, I just want to put a big "what the fuck is this menu, what the fuck is this focus order"

And the cringe photos that goes with every insane post
18.09.2025 11:31 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0And meanwhile I'm al almost broke because I can’t find new clients or projects... but crappy ai no code website "creator" thrives...
18.09.2025 10:52 — 👍 5 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Thank you to you to take so much time to always create such amazing content. ❤️ I learned so much things that I can insert into my work to make at least some websites a little bit less inaccessible.

I discovered something today, if you have a grid element and you want the children to use subgrid AND be a container to use with container query (container-type: inline-size), it will work in firefox but in chrome the subgrid doesn't work anymore.
#CSS
You are definitely not the only one !

Another improvement would be to not have the "mobile" navigation threshold to be hard coded, but that imply even more javascript to check when the navigation is wrapping and css variables to be available into media queries.
I just talked about one I did on Linkedin shorturl.at/aM0r5 there is one thing I need to improve for screen-readers on mobile !
Another type here www.seintinelles.com.
Just wrote my first ever Linkedin article, nerve wracking, feel like an imposter and I discovered something I needed to correct in my code ^^" (at least that was useful for that ! )

First ever linkedin article written, totally nerve wracking !
It only took me an entire day ^^"
Now, for every site I work on, even if there is no requirement, I develop with accessibility in mind. Do I spend way more time to create accessible navigations than what I'm paid for ? yes. But I can't bear to code something I know will not be accessible.

We all write mediocre code. Mediocre code: often fine. Not all code is equally important. Some code should be mediocre."
What ?!
I HATE those sites with all my heart. And I don't see the point, it makes me leave right away, what's the end game ?
