Stop feeding him your attention. He thrives on it. He learned from TV that controversy and trash talk equal airtime and money. He doesn’t care if it’s bad press, he loves seeing his name everywhere. Every time you post or think about him, good or bad, you give him energy and he grows stronger. Insiders say he loves the posts. This is the strike that needs to happen. Starve the beast. Turn our backs on the bully. I’m not saying ignore atrocities. Resist, oppose, and protect, but don’t post his name, don’t amplify what he’s doing, don’t give him your energy.
