I’ve been quietly working on this collection these past months, my next solo with Modern Eden Gallery “I Told The Spiders About You” is my depiction of feminine rage and resilience. Opening November 6th 🖤
When IG first came out, it took me years to finally agree to join it. Then when I realized I needed social media to grow my art career I reluctantly agreed to it. Now I can say yes it helped my art….back when there weren’t algorithms, ai, and ads at every turn. Now I wonder what the point is.

If every artist on here sells just one print of their work a day, that alone will help keep them creating, enable them to get supplies,take care of themselves etc. Just one print is all it takes.

I’ve been seeing photos of Dewey’s gravestone floating around online over the years, and every time it pops up it strikes a cord. So incredibly relatable. Where would we be without our Dewey’s. I’ve been wanting to draw him for some time now, and finally had a moment to sit down and do it.
Trans people existed before him and will outlive him, nobody can decree that you don’t exist.
