Duke, Roundcloud's OC, continues to swell up after touching a P-Balloon. The lower half of his torso has rounded out completely and the rest of it is gradually catching up. He struggles to push down against his inflating body while he still has control of his arms.

This is to try and make it more fair for everyone, since the last few times slots filled pretty fast and I felt bad some people kept missing out, so hopefully this way gives equal chances to everyone ✨

There'll be a small change this time though: they won't be first come first serve as they used to be, so I'll have the form up for a few days and then I'll pick the ones I will be working on!
