crazy chapter name

Please remember that the kart is a sprite from the Ring Racers game and I did not make it, only used it as a base to work with!

"Castlevania" é um bom enjambre.

Ele pisa completamente na lógica interna do castelo ser chamado "Castle Dracula", e gerou um problemão de compreensão da história...

Mas é realmente um bom enjambre e é uma palavra pegajosa, não posso negar :P

Exatamente o meu pensamento. Não existiria essa discussão se tivesse ficado "Demon Castle Dracula" no ocidente.

Isso pode significar muitas coisas, e dizer MUITO MAIS do que aparenta. Pode significar, por exemplo, que estariam seguindo a lógica do IGA, e não vai aparecer o Drácula ou o seu castelo propriamente no jogo.

Mas isso é provavelmente apenas um rebranding.

E agora, em 2026.... O novo jogo é, de novo, "Kyassuruvania". O que não seria tão curioso assim se os próprios diretores no Japão não estivessem agora utilizando o nome como sendo DA FRANQUIA INTEIRA, não só de alguns jogos pontuais... +

Isso não quer dizer que a palavra está totalmente sumida do japonês. Nos anos 2000, IGA apropriou a palavra pra simbolizar um jogo onde EXISTE um castelo, mas o Drácula não está presente ou o castelo não é o dele.

É o caso do Lament e do Harmony, que se chamam "Kyassuruvania" em Japonês +

Dentro dos jogos, "Castlevania" é o nome ocidental do castelo do Drácula. Você encontra essa citação no SotN ou no Ecclesia, por exemplo. Mas, em Japonês, o comum é "Akumajou" (Castelo Demônio) ou "Dorakyura-jou" (Castelo Drácula).

O nome PRÓPRIO do castelo é o do seu dono: Drácula +
