generation 2 pixel art of penny from pokemon scarlet and violet, made by myself with the youngster sprite as a template and meant to use as an enemy trainer in GSC. she's wearing her usual eevee backpack (or an approximation of it, since i don't have brown in this palette), red boots with black knee socks, a pleated blue skirt blowing in the wind (along with her bag's tail), and a very baggy black t-shirt with a star on it. she has a confident smile and stance. her eevee case rotom phone hovers nearby, with its face on the back looking at the viewer with her.
