If trump use this case to cause his target grief he'll take tht as a win. I've read a couple of th bks on him. He's done this for decades. But six justices openly defying the constitution and law and giving Trump the approval to do a clearly lawless "pocket rescission," pissing all over the clear authority of Congress, is shocking. When Justice Jackson said the six partisan hacks are playing the equivalent of Calvinball, where there are no rules, but adding the caveat that if it benefits Donald Trump anything goes, unfortunately, she was spot on. Powers they denied to a Democratic president.
