Cally: small, feature-rich calendar components
Open source calendar components for selecting single dates or date ranges. Framework-agnostic, themeable, localizable, accessible.
The first point is fair. No good story for server side.
What do you mean in the second? Feel like that would apply for a well designed WC as well?
Something like feels as extensible / flexible as a framework component IMO
