this is definitely me wayyy overanalyzing but the presence of the modern shipping containers makes me think sodor will be in the present again, a change I welcome! But just big speculation

Doing some updates to my model of the Baltimore & Susquehanna RR's locomotive Baltimore of 1837, should be available on 3DPTrain by the end of the month.

Yes, but nothing else has scanned topography from wilberts relief map, official trackplans of unseen locations (not headcanon ones), and interactive story play on top of it. Not to mention the ease of access for the general public on consoles. its amazing we've got an rws game here in 2026

regardless, accurate signalling along the whole route is a MASSIVE resource alone, we have never had this info prior..

Its not to scale to make the game more fun so people arent spending 20 min driving between stations. the actual destinations & stations themselves are realistically scaled and bigger to accomodate real train lengths at the platforms.

additional locos may be dlc in the future if it does well

We are getting the ios book in game form- this is going to be an INSANE piece of reference material for everyone! Official realistic trackplans of killdane, crosby, cronk and accurate signalling along the entire railway!! I feel like i'm now modelling a real railway I can visit🥹
