I started in on ours a week or so ago... and discovered with my current shoulder issues that I really can't mow for very long (a bit of a problem with a yard as large as ours). We've finally capitulated to the inevitable and have hired the crew that mows our neighbors' lawns to start doing ours.

I set aside a minimum of 30 minutes a week to work on LEGOs. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

Ack! I was wondering if you were near any of the fires... trying to remember where you live these days (especially when the Griffith Observatory started getting mentioned in news reports, since it seems like, at least, you used to live over that direction). Keep us updated!
