maintaining mental health is indeed as important as body health.

it's been...3 years of depression by now, and living with it is indeed a whole new experience.

at least now, i can identify it when it's about to resurface again.

never been in medication before because i want to stay away from dependency. my depression is episodic, but the one that stays permanent is the sense of dread ( sometimes subtle sometimes apparent ).😆

all i need to do are either take medication or learn to regulate it. thanks btw, huhuhu

2023's post. It was the time where depression didn't hit me so hard like it is right now, and i still have will to draw something big in scale. i wish this year, i can improve and be better again.

recovery is slow, but at least i can draw without having headache every 2 hours now lol. flu these days are very weird.
