Traffic has now been released in 3 lanes (of 4) on the #M25 clockwise between J27 (#Theydon) and J28 (#Brentwood).
Lane 1 remains closed for recovery and clear up works.
Delays on approach are now 25 minutes above usual journey times.
The #M48 Severn Bridge in #Gloucestershire remains closed in both directions between J1 (#Aust) and J2 (#Chepstow) due to strong winds.
Road users are advised to use the #M4 Prince of Wales Bridge as an alternate route.
Due to strong winds, the #A66 remains closed to high-sided vehicles in both directions between the #A1M (#ScotchCorner) and the #M6 (#Penrith).
For vehicles impacted please plan ahead and use alternate routes. Eg: #A69 or #M62.
