Every Friday we have a "Sweaty Wizard" instance where I go to have my ass handed to me by the community. Nobody holds back, everyone playing is in on it. It really shows skill beyond my comprehension from some players. Good times! #VRChat

I think the current state is good enough for desktop, just takes a little getting used to.

Its ”playable” but kinda odd, you have to look around alot as you try to simulate tossing the staff around

Its honestly not too bad now days. Ofc like any game when pings are extremely high its noticeable. I put some thought into projectile size, speed and range to make it as natural as possible with the networking we got to work with. Mainly focusing on just having fun tho, not to bothered in general :D

The Gävle goat might not have burned, but at least it fell over... maybe the curse is lifted on us!

I sit with @xcirrex.bsky.social, creator of some of the most immersive Virtual Concert and Game worlds inside of #VRChat ! This Multimedia-artist created things that many have enjoyed over the years both in and out of VR!

I liked the finals, but same shit ai voices in there for the announcers that have no feeling or relevant delivery, pulls me out.

Meanwhile I have been working on a Wizard arena game in #vrchat :D

Its works! with some learning curve, you do the same gestures but its a lot of looking up and down not knowing where you are aiming (but its hard to aim in vr as well so its kinda balanced 😜)
