Dino Evergreen is rushing to the bathroom because he really needs to pee but doesn’t want to wet himself for the umpteenth time. Panel 1: Dino runs through a bushy area in the afternoon, searching for a bathroom. An almost full fuel gauge symbolizes his desperate need to pee. Panel 2: Dino gets exhausted and stops running, symbolized by the nearly depleted battery symbol. He slouches and pants as he tries to catch his breath. Panel 3: The fuel gauge from the first panel goes past full, symbolizing that Dino couldn't find the bathroom in time and he’s having an accident—tears of shame well in his eyes. Panel 4: Dino pees so much that his diaper overflows and leaks, a recurring problem of his. He can only stand there helplessly as a puddle of urine forms beneath him, his hands on his crotch and the tears falling from his eyes.

No matter how hard he tries, poor Dino can never reach the bathroom in time. That’s why he’s still in diapers! Though, it’s about time he gets thicker ones…

Nado Soarian, a Braviary, is having diapered sex with a male Charizard. They are on a carpeted floor in the missionary position, with Nado getting bottomed by the Charizard. Their room is dark, illuminated only by the fire on the Charizard’s tail. Nado’s loving the experience, panting in pleasure with his tongue hanging out and staring off into the distance. They’re both in cloth diapers, with Nado’s being quite messy and the Charizard’s being clean.
