Having just come back from the nursery run, I feel you.

I have kids and yeah that time of day can be so stressful. It’s not an excuse for making other people’s lives more difficult though.

Nuts isn’t it. What are they teaching their kids with this behaviour.

To be fair to other councils, they don’t currently have the powers to do this like London. But thankfully that is finally set to change.

Some of them, many were not. They had already been presented as fully fledged policies that had to be embarrassingly rowed back on. Do you think this government has been spot on with everything? You seem to.

Absolute nonsense. Tweaking policy is consulting properly before doing something that you have to embarrassingly reverse later on. Go out and talk to any voters and they will bring up winter fuel.

I’m astounded that you won’t lay a single piece of blame on the current government for their historically low approval ratings. Are you saying that if Reform get into power it’s got nothing to do with the failures of the current administration?

It’s astonishingly naive to think that MPs will be re-elected based on their own efforts and work alone.

I’m also curious, do you have any criticism of the Starmer administration? Winter fuel? Constant U-turns? You say he’s done well on the world stage, which many would agree, what about domestic?

We’re entitled to ask people about a political situation and what they think of politicians and to report that. You can patronise people because they didn’t give the answer you wanted, but this is reality.
