Is it true? The cause of the temperature anomalies is due in part to the reduction of Marine Cumulous clouds. This is an outcome of the combined greenhouse gases preventing their formation. When it get's to 1000 ppm (it's at 600 ppm now) all the marine cumulous clouds will be gone.
