Everything in life moves according to time and season. There’s a moment to plant and a moment to harvest, a time to build and a time to rest. When we try to rush what isn’t ready, we only create frustration but when we trust the rhythm of our own seasons, growth comes naturally.

And when leaders feel nothing for beauty, it’s the soul of a nation that suffers.

Classmates are bringing flowers and toys to the site where a russian attack claimed the life of their 12yo girl friend in Kyiv last night.

No child should ever be killed by terrorussia. No child should ever have to experience this kind of pain.

I feel deeply exhausted — & my only task last night was to shelter. I'm thinking of the air defense forces who repelled a relentless, nearly 12h-long combined air raid & of the first responders who immediately rushed to save lives amid drones & missiles. Their courage is truly extraordinary.

One of the things I love most about nature is how it teaches us without ever saying a word. Trees bend with the wind yet remain rooted. Rivers carve paths over time, showing the quiet power of persistence. Even the changing seasons remind us that nothing is permanent yet everything has its purpose.
