There's a small credibility issue there. First he spies for Russia, then he spies for the GoP, then he's born again as a Democrat? Cash grab.
This is based on solid brain research around desensitization. Think of a bad memory as a light bulb in your brain. The more you turn on the bulb, the brighter it burns. I literally had to move away from the place where my bad memories were born to escape them.
So, if running or playing checkers or whatever gives you that "feel good" feeling, do those things daily. Do them as much as you can. Don't dwell on the negative thoughts because this makes them stronger. Let them fade away. I hope this helps.
PTSD is caused by a sudden loss of dignity and self respect. The current treatment is ineffective. The new therapy involves replacing unhappy memories with happy memories. So, doing the small things that make you feel happy, and not dwelling on the unhappy memories for the foundation.
