Yea & in Jira’s defense, the product has improved in usability the last year or so.

Linear is a part of our signaling to candidates.
Linear, Notion, Slack, Mac laptops shows that we care about collaboration.
MS Teams, Jira, Confluence .. doesn’t have the same appeal to the best talent.
Product Market Fit. And they know it. You keep paying.
