🌈 Buddy 🌈 & Gizmo 🦁🦁

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is lying on a grey throw which covers the back of the couch with his long legs stretched out ahead of him. The legs have dark orange tabby stripes and at the end of those legs are two giant snow dipped paws. Gizmo is an indoor lion so they really are as white as snow! Gizmo’s face is slightly out of focus as this was taken in portrait mode and so his head is a bit further back! He’s got his mouth partially open in a little roar and it appears he’s giving thoughts on the picture…or he’s annoyed at being disturbed. With his piercing green eyes he does look fierce but he’s a big softy really! Behind Gizmo is a wall with silver/grey wallpaper with a square patterned effect. Just to the left further behind is the kitchen but other than warm light coming from it you can’t see much in there due to the focus.

He has a very regal and serene look on his face as he relaxes. His green eyes have a warmer glow in the evening light from when this picture was taken. His long white whiskers are on full display as well along with his always fabulous large pointy ears - light coloured fur lined with the orange tips! In the background of the picture behind Gizmo are two cardboard boxes - one with black panelling on the left and a standard brown one on the right. A wall mounted feature fireplace can be seen giving off a warm orange glow just like Gizmo! The box is from a Lego model and has black panelling on its edges with white writing detailing the box contents. The writing is too small to read so it’s blurred. Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is standing on the head rest of a brown leather sofa and is in front of a massive wall mounted clock hung up behind him. The clock has Roman numerals and there are metal gears/cogs at the centre of it. The clock face is a light black finish and the outer rim is a large circular frame which has a dark yellow golf style sheen in the light coming from an unseen lamp. The background wallpaper is silver patterned effect with lines making square tiles as a design. And Gizmo himself is golden orange - dark tabby stripes run along the side of his coat, mainly centred around his legs. He’s looking off camera to his mum who’s sitting unseen on the sofa - this back of the couch route is one of his favourites to wander along and climb down onto mum’s lap!

This is an overhead shot of Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat stretched in a superman pose on a dark wooden floor…typically giant cat stuff really! He’s on his side and vertical in the picture so his front legs with their dipped paws are at the top of the picture reaching out ahead of him then we follow the line of his floofy body in an arc - creamy floofy tummy fur meeting orange floof on his side then his tail sticks out to the left at an almost 90° angle from his butt. His back legs and their more generously snow dipped paws are then stretched out further to the bottom of the picture. He’s filled it from top to bottom - rough size is about 3.5ft. No banana for scale sadly 😹😹🍌🍌

If you started walking from Gizmo’s paws at 12pm you’d arrive at the end of his tail at 12pm…the next day! 😹😹

This is a throwback picture from 2022 of Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats lounging together in a red cat bed. Buddy is on the left and has his cute kitten face which he never really lost - his ears are wider apart and sit a little lower than Gizmo’s epic examples but Buddy shares the familiar orange tips. Gizmo’s tail wraps round the front of the bed, covering his own snow dipped back paw which is partially visible along with some pink toe beans. The bed itself is a collection of orange floof coats and white chest fur from both brothers - it looks soft enough to dive into! 🧡🧡🦁🦁

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is focused as he lies on a grey/silver/white rug holding on to a captured cat toy. It’s a purple fabric dangly toy which has been caught underneath his two giant fluffy snow dipped paws - it was play time till he pinned it down and now he’s making sure it doesn’t go anywhere! His face is full of focus and his green eyes are concentrating hard to stop any further movement if the paws fail for any reason 😹😹 Gizmo’s long white whiskers are proudly on display too along with his big pointy ears with their orange tips.

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is cosied up in a cube at the bottom of his cat tree! It’s enclosed with a single square opening at the front and he’s looking out. At first glance the opening doesn’t seem big enough to allow a cat of his size through but he’s quite happily curled up inside with his big fluffy orange tail wrapped round him. The cat tree and cube have cream coloured fabric covering them and on top of the cube is a red American style road sign which says “Maine Coon Dr”.

This is a picture from 2017 of Buddy and Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cats lying on top of separate perches on their cream cat tree. Both cats are facing left with their back ends to a large patio window. Gizmo is on the perch closest to camera and his white chest coat is in full lion mode - it’s very floofy and puffed up! His right front leg is dangling down. On the next perch above him is Buddy. He has his paws pulled in at the edge and his large fluffy orange tail drapes down behind, disappearing behind his brother. They are both looking like proper focused lions ready to tackle lunch!

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is on top of his cream coloured cat tree and intensely staring at unseen birds outside the house with his bright green eyes. He also has his big floofy snow dipped paws gripping onto one of the pods on the tree where a piece of a pink fabric cat toy can be seen dangling down. Dark orange tabby stripes can be seen on his leg closest to the camera. Gizmo’s face is a mix of curiosity and focus as he observes the birds. I think he likes to watch them flying around and wonder if he could do the same rather than eat them 😹😹 His long white whiskers extend out from his muzzle ready to sense anything that requires his attention and his large pointy ears with their gorgeous orange tips are alert too!

Gizmo the orange Maine Coon cat is the larger than life subject of this picture as he lies in the loaf position (paws tucked) on a scratching board. The board is meant as the name suggests for scratching but Gizmo in his infinite wisdom is using it as a bed. He’s only got about 7 beds, 27 boxes, the couch and a huge cat tree so why not add another leisure area into the mix?! 😹😹 Gizmo’s green eyes are looking downward and his warm orange colourings on his with darker orange tabby markings are glowing nicely against the sackcloth style colouring of the scratching board. It’s got a leopard print (orangey-brown spots outlined in black) style covering on the bottom half. This is only mainly a head shot so we don’t see the full loaf length but there is a blurred Marvin the Martian statue (about a foot high) in the background. Not much detail visible on that apart from his green Roman style helmet and black face with white eyes. Actually is it a face or is it just eyes? Hmm!
