The thing with that is that the CRT "look" comes from the way the screen actually displays the colors, not the video itself. You could put an HD video on there and it would become crunchy.
If you want the grainy retro look, it might be better to put it on VHS

I want to model apartment designs for my OCs, but I can never actually capture the feel I'm going for... Finding/making models takes SO LONG when it comes to full scenes, I'd like to have an idea instead of winging it as I go.

To those who have room/home designs for their OCs, how do you plan then? I'm curious the different ways people do it. Popular ones I've seen is building them in The Sims or Minecraft. #artists #ocs

Just making a post here because I constantly have people going out of their way to message me here or on Discord to ask what models/shaders I use.
I don't use anyone's models or shaders, my models and shaders are my own that I have worked to perfect for 2+ years.

I'm fairly certain mochi (without the filling or flavor) and dango use the same few ingredients. I've made both and it's pretty much the same aside from ratios. Dango gets boiled, too
