Yesterday at 4 p.m. right after the stock market closed, Trump announced he was declaring a national emergency and putting tariffs on pretty much everybody, including penguins.

Yes, this included 10% tariffs on Heard and MacDonald Islands, whose only inhabitants are penguins.
