Sure, but I doubt very much well trained cops set out to test these limits. Legal cases cost money. Throw in these untrained ICE agents and tell them they have immunity and you can be assured they will overstep and get into trouble. We've seen them brutalising civilians already.

I just think that sometimes the outrage about everything assumes people have no agency. Floridian parents, acting together, could stop this in a heart beat if they didn't want it. Instead they'll choose to "brace for impacts". Impacts btw being exposure of their kids to potentially fatal diseases
