In case anyone would like to know, the busy season started at my job.

Seriously, the start of a morning shift is usually when we're checking emails and voicemails that came in during closing hours, and also prepping for a useless morning meeting. You're not a go getter by calling in right at the start of the day, you're just adding more for us to get back to.

If you're a person that calls customer service right at the second that they open the phone lines, go take a look in the mirror and reflect on how you became such a failure in life.
