Today is my Dad’s 80th birthday and several friends of mine have texted to make sure he gets their bday wishes. I love that he and my mom have such a fan base with my friends who have spent time with them haha
My students are notorious for it and I don’t tolerate it. I have made a scene in the middle of class from time to time because of it.
Each one of us does what we need to, to get through difficult times. There is no right way or wrong way of coping. Be gentle with yourself. Listen to what your body, mind, and heart needs.
