There are thousand of daily instances where this will actually enable workers to communicate with one another in the language of their choice. All emails between workers can now be bilingual. That was never the case before. There are many positives.
I have used this tool and it is actually really good. It was trained with GC documents and by GC translators. Of course you need a Franco subject matter expert to reread public facing docs to ensure accuracy. It’s always been the case, even with human translators.
