I'm exactly the same. I'm in the UK and pay privately for weightloss injections which have really helped, but the endless dead end of regular healthcare was soul destroying. I don't blame my doctors, they seemed as schakled by the anti female healthcare system as i was.

Fellow pcos baddie here. The loop of 'the only way to control your symptoms is to lose weight, but one of the symptoms is that you will not be able to lose wright, but you need to lose weight to control your symptoms' nearly broke me.

I think this image sums up my 2025 well. I was in hospital, scared but also accepting and still finding the fun. Its been a roller coaster year, I lost my job, got a better one, kept my friends, lost a grandparent, did some good art, did some crap art and kept my appendix! #newyear #lookback

Sounds like a good plan. I always think, its a marathon, not a sprint. And time away on other short projects brings back learning for the behemoth ones.
