Regarding tariffs on Canadian goods. NAHB wrote a groveling letter to Trump. It will have no effect. As a residential remodeler, I am purchasing as much material as I can in advance, and banking as much as I can to stave off the inevitable lack of work.

I'm a residential remodeler and Kitchen and Bath specialist. People have no idea how much work has to go into that little room!! Where in a kitchen, it's mostly just a cabinet install. But baths require new in wall plumbing, waterproofing, and all those little details...about 40 things get touched!

"Met" her one time in the 70s at Keith Richards house...poor thing was sprawled out unconscious on the floor in the middle of the living room. People were just stepping over her. Glad to know she was able to live a long life and be free of drugs.
