📢 💪 February sees the launch of our 2nd study - in Finland!

A 2-year health monitoring study will begin in the Northern Finland Birth Cohort (NFBC) 1966. This coincides with the launch of its major new follow-up, as participants turn 60. 🎉

💪 We're kicking off 2026 with 2 new studies! This month sees the launch of the 𝗞𝗢𝗥𝗔 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹-𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆, which recruited its 1st participant last week. The intervention will use Liva's platform, which incorporates health coaching & an app.

That’s why, this year, our suggestion is not another anti-ageing product or quick fix, but care, attention and understanding for the ageing process itself — because ageing is, in fact, an achievement.

Global life expectancy has risen from 46 years in 1950 to 72 years in 2023 — a clear sign that ageing is the result of better care, health, and quality of life. So, rather than trying to slow a natural process, perhaps the real focus should be on improving its quality.

When looking for anti-ageing gifts at this time of year, people often turn to skincare routines, top-rated serums, or slow-ageing supplements.
But why give something “anti-ageing” when ageing itself is something to celebrate?
