The male loneliness epidemic is rampant, I see evidence of it every single day.

I’ve made so many promises in my head to my Zira girl, my guardian angel dog, I won’t take a single moment with Holiday for granted. I’ll take photos everyday, and I’ll spoil her rotten for the rest of her life.

I personally love diversity. How wild we live in a time where that deserves saying out loud. 🤪

My 3.5 year-old bestie told me had a dream last night where she was a water bottle people kept taking sips out of, and I honestly can totally relate.

The overwhelming sadness of living tethers me to this innate human experience; that to live, is to intimately embody countless forms of pain and joy. All derived from love; love shared and love lost.

Shoutout to my cashier at Trader Joe’s today in Medford, who could tell I was having a rough day, and slid me a lollipop without saying a word. 🥲

2025 shaping up to be the hardest emotional year of my life thus far, current events aside, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to let up anytime soon. Flipside is, I’m plumbing the absolute DEPTHS of the well of my strength and I haven’t hit bottom yet…

Nothing like a solid week of flu during a hostile government takeover to really make an individual feel completely powerless!

I dream of having exemplary human beings representing this country. Instead, we get wimpy old men with weak morals, lax honor, and no sense of obligation for the commonwealth of our community.

One of my resolutions this year was “be less reactive”, and it feels like somehow I can already scratch that one off and maybe try again next year.

Great, now we get to go back to fresh new nightmares and unpredictable hellscapes every single day, again. I really missed this. 💀
