Soaring Three

A collection of design pitches depicting Sol from Warrior Cats. There are five designs in total which are labelled with letters from A to E. The team behind Soaring Three is aware of Sagutoyas' return. Let it be known that we do not and never will accept her or her supporters in any capacity. They are not welcome in the Warriors fandom.

I think having a variety of colors would compliment the bird design aspects well, though obviously the characters' colors shouldn't get lost or overpowered by the background colors. Muted hues are probably the way to go for certain compositions?" There are also notes pointing to the pine tree breakdown, a bush, and some rocks that say: "Kind of wanted to add an indication of lines here. I'm not sure a fully painted background would fit well with our established character style - maybe try lasso tool combined with textures and indications of lines without doing full line art around everything?" A small note next to some of the rocks can also be seen, which says: "Inspired by Lion Guard pilot rocks."

Since we got our character style down, our artists are now exploring background styles!

Since floating islands are a major part of the environments within #soaringthree, the second concept explores the idea of the Moonpool's waters flowing from them.

This was of course a huge obstacle, seeing as our cast consists of winged cats. So with help from the lovely @showtunecockatoo.bsky.social and Wind we managed to rework the wings into what you see now, illustrated by @rosia4309.bsky.social! What do you think of these new wings? Let us know! (2/2)

After we finished our art style, our artists found that the old wings were hard to work with and not very anatomically accurate. (1/2)
