I love my therapist, he took another hour of unpaid time to help me unpack and dip into something, all while encouraging me and giving me the choice to touch it at all, letting me even choose when to stop

My heart is so awash with conflicting views and emotions now, how will these waters solidify

Growth only comes after repeated breakdowns of the self, whatever it may be, sacrifice your old self, or views and techniques, on what you desire, and reincorporate it into the new you and new version of that skill

The old framework is never inherently bad, but without restructuring quickly dates

Dance along the ficke blade of time, as all falls where entropy dictates. hoping to make the cut into tomorrow

My Therapist constantly encourages me to advocate for myself, remove the rocks from my shoes, and to forgive myself

And I hope you can do all three today, because YOU ARE LOVED
