I get those all the time. If you have some kind of plush or pillow you can hold that usually helps me calm down. Telling yourself everything is fine and doing some grounding exercises like “I am safe in my room, I see my door, I hear the AC, I feel my blankets” also helps. Or scroll cat videos lmao
