Gr8 Q! Hyper-femininity can be a "place" for women to escape to. Some might feel more comfortable forming their safe spaces around 'girly-ness' than risk being outwardly feminist b/c of their social situ. Infantilising language about women is problematic, but not everyone starts from the same point.
