But the front panel headphone jack has stopped working. I've done absolutely everything to make sure it wasn't dust or an issue with cables. The actual port has failed.

Is it possible to get a replacement front assembly for this specific case?

I always love the tiny FOV shows though. Kind of wish movies and shows made more use of that because it's great for dramatic effect, even in modern cinema.

I do kind of like how it has this classic stage (space) opera feel to it, but I'm kinda glad they ditched it later, because it's EXTREMELY exhausting for a TV show.

I would totally go to a Star Trek Opera show though, especially if it also includes Klingon.

the thing i was as a kid, "good with computers", doesn't exist anymore, not because computers are commonplace but because they now resist you being "good with them". you can't get good at using a tool that's always trying to lie to you that it's "smart"
