Bluesky is putting out press releases where they stop about 3 inches short of flat-out endorsing age verfication laws.

Every single company has more political power than we do. Every single fucking one. It is not our job to shield them the consequences of a rogue political system.

Until what is a required of companies by law is an actual threat to their business and has actual consequences for them that they cannot just pass on to consumers, companies *will not protest laws*.

I don't care if Discord was required to do all of this. They need to feel it, or they won't care.
