Mario Odyssey was so good because it perfected the 3D platforming Mario is known for. DK Bananza has some of that, but it's not emphasized because the game is more built around smashing terrain, which is a unique idea that's new, but all I'm really doing is mindlessly mashing buttons.
After playing enough Mario Kart World & DK Bananza, I'm not impressed with the Switch 2 and I don't like this direction Nintendo's taking. I think Nintendo games peaked with the Switch and now they're just coming up with ideas that sound grand and innovative but aren't actually that fun to play.
Trust me I'm not finishing this one.

Played the Bubsy 4D demo. Bubsy is an inspiration. He's proof that even those who were down bad their whole life can bounce up from rock bottom and show the world you mean business this time. I was ready to give up my dreams. But the Bubster reminded me it's never too late. Thank you.
