Art on the Move – Still Flowing into Winter. Het jaar golfde voorbij met 6 expo’s tegelijk als onverwacht hoogtepunt.
Nu vertraag ik mijn ritme om ideeën te zaaien en kleuren te laten rusten.
Ik wens je een warm, stil en helder eindejaar en veel licht om te winterwandelen.

This weekend I placed my triptych “Rising Falling in Colors” close to the sea. In my temporary viewing space (Dijk 4 Westende – open until the end of next month) the works almost blend with the horizon. The stripes of color seem to move with the rhythm of the sea: rising and falling, like the waves.

Flowers and time united in Ostend - a day in ?
The exhibition I joined had the Venetian Galleries as its theme. Some of my works on this subject were shown in three galleries, including the charming Theobald’s boathouse. Later this year, they will also find their way into m@telier.

The Diddl figure is the unfortunate guardian of the treasure – rather lost in his role. He seems to guard something larger than himself.
That’s why two new figures appear: the guardians of the entrance. They protect the whole and bring balance. PLAY M grows further in layers and meaning.
