Strangely enough I'm the opposite. Like I have zero problem with being called a girl or anything in day to day life, but I do *not* like being called a girl when it comes to diapers/play. Even with sissy stuff I would rather just be called sissy/sissyboy.
I dunno. I just feel like I peaked in my early 20s and squandered any opportunity to actually be happy. Now I'm just in a vicious cycle where I know I annoy/mean nothing to people, which makes me sad/vent, which annoys people more :/
